Here at Vintage Kid Clubs, we honor the illustrious past of youth groups. The Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA)-sponsored Y-Teens is one of the highlighted clubs. The Y-Teens, who had previously gone by the name Girl Reserves, arose in 1946 with a new and contemporary look. The Y-Teens stayed committed to the "W" in YWCA, which stands for women and girls, by remaining a girls' club even if males were permitted to attend co-ed events. Examine our assortment of Y-Teen memorabilia, which includes felt patches, adviser handbooks, charms, hat pins, and membership pins. At Vintage Kid Clubs, get lost in the nostalgia and past of the Y-Teens and other youth groups.

An intriguing piece in The Seasonals Magazine called "Chicken Lines" explores the world of river guiding on the Chattooga River. The essay, written by Alexi Washington, examines the difficulties, experiences, and opportunities for personal development that river guides have. The author leads readers on a journey full of adventure, humility, and the deep bond between guides and the river. From waking up to the rhythmic sounds of nature, to negotiating Class IV rapids and handling challenging customers, the voyage is full of wonder and inspiration. "Chicken Lines" provides a look into the special and fulfilling life of a river guide, where risk and responsibility blend with the beauty and excitement of the wild waters, via evocative storytelling and reflection.
